Are you an experienced Warehouse Supervisor who enjoys leading from the front?

We are partnering with a well-established national company within the fibre optic and communications industry to find an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead their Osborne Park operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a stable, long-term career with a successful and growing business. You will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the warehouse while leading and developing a dedicated team.

The Opportunity As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will take ownership of the warehouse and play a key role in ensuring operations run safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
This is a hands-on leadership position, so you'll be just as comfortable working alongside your team as you are coordinating daily operations and driving improvements.

Your Day Will Include:

• Leading, motivating and supporting the warehouse team
• Managing daily warehouse operations and workflow
• Coordinating receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch
• Monitoring inventory and assisting with stock control and cycle counts
• Ensuring orders are completed accurately and on time
• Creating and maintaining a safe, organised and productive warehouse
• Training and developing team members
• Identifying opportunities to improve warehouse processes
• Working closely with management and internal departments
• Leading from the front and supporting the team wherever required

About You:
You are an experienced warehouse professional with a natural ability to lead and motivate others. You are organised, hands-on and enjoy creating an efficient and positive working environment.
To be successful, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader or Senior Warehouse Operator
• Experience leading and developing warehouse staff
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory and stock control
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A hands-on leadership style
• A strong commitment to workplace safety
• Experience using warehouse management or inventory systems
• A current Forklift Licence
