Inventory & Inbound Storeperson | LF Forklift $35 per hour | Dandenong South | Monday to Friday, 7am start | Ongoing work

Are you the person who notices when stock is in the wrong location, follows up on discrepancies and makes sure everything is recorded properly? If you have strong inventory and inbound experience as well as a current LF licence, we’d like to hear from you.

TLH Recruitment is looking for a hands-on Inventory and Inbound Storeperson to join our client’s warehouse team in Dandenong South. You’ll use a counterbalance forklift, but this is not a forklift-only role. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working across receiving, stock control and the wider warehouse.

What’s on offer

• $35 per hour, with overtime available
• Monday to Friday work, starting at 7am
• Ongoing casual role with potential to become permanent
• Occasional weekend work
• Weekly pay and support from your TLH consultant

What you’ll be doing

• Receiving deliveries and checking stock against documentation
• Recording stock accurately using RF scanners and warehouse systems
• Investigating and reporting stock discrepancies and damage
• Completing putaways, stock movements and replenishment
• Keeping inventory organised and in the correct locations
• Conducting stock counts and helping maintain accurate inventory records
• Operating a counterbalance forklift to load, unload and move bulky or awkward freight
• Assisting with picking, dispatch and general warehouse work when needed

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience in inventory control and inbound warehouse operations
• Confidence identifying stock discrepancies and following them through
• A current LF forklift licence and strong counterbalance experience
• Experience using RF scanners and basic computer systems
• Confidence handling bulky or awkward freight
• Good attention to detail and a willingness to work on and off the forklift
• Reliable attendance, clear communication and a strong work ethic
• A driver’s licence and reliable transport

Experience with pallet racking, shelving materials or power tools would be an advantage.
