• Occasional overtime and weekend work

TLH Recruitment is proudly partnering with a leading global supply chain and logistics company to recruit an experienced High Reach Forklift Operator and Warehouse All-Rounder.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking stability, consistent hours and the potential to transition into permanent employment with the client.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating a high-reach forklift
• Putaways and replenishments
• Inventory control
• Stocktakes and cycle counting
• Picking orders using RF scanners
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Operating a counterbalance forklift, where required
• Packing orders
• Using warehouse computer systems
• Working efficiently to meet KPIs
• General warehouse and housekeeping duties

To be successful, you must:

• Hold a current LF Forklift Licence
• Have at least one year of high-reach forklift experience
• Have previous inventory, stocktake and cycle-counting experience
• Be confident completing putaways and replenishments
• Be computer-literate and comfortable using warehouse systems
• Be physically capable of regularly lifting up to 20 kg
• Have full working rights in Australia
• Be reliable, safety-focused and looking for long-term employment

High-reach forklift experience is essential. Counterbalance experience is highly regarded but not mandatory.
