TLH Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Machine Operators and LF Forklift Operators to join our client, a leading food manufacturing and processing facility based in O'Connor.

These are ongoing opportunities for reliable candidates who are comfortable working in a cold room environment and are available for 5:00AM starts, Monday to Saturday.

MACHINE OPERATOR – PRO PACK / PRO SEAL

We are looking for experienced Machine Operators who have previously worked with Pro Pack, Pro Seal or similar food processing and packaging machinery.

About the Role:

• Operating and monitoring Pro Pack, Pro Seal or similar machinery
• Setting up and adjusting machinery as required
• Feeding product through processing and packaging equipment
• Completing quality checks throughout production
• Packing and preparing finished products
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Following strict food safety and hygiene procedures
• Working in a cold room environment of approximately 1–7°C
• Working Monday to Saturday, with 5:00AM starts

To Be Successful:

• Previous experience operating Pro Pack, Pro Seal or similar machinery
• Food manufacturing or FMCG experience highly regarded
• Comfortable working in a cold environment
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work Monday to Saturday and commit to 5:00AM starts
• Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet for extended periods

LF FORKLIFT OPERATOR – COLD STORAGE We are also seeking experienced LF Forklift Operators to assist with the movement of stock within the facility.
About the Role:

• Operating an LF forklift within a food manufacturing and cold storage environment
• Moving pallets and product safely around the facility
• Loading and unloading stock
• Stock movement and general warehouse duties
• Assisting with production requirements when required
• Working in cold storage temperatures of approximately 1–7°C
• Following strict food safety, hygiene and safety procedures
• Working Monday to Saturday, with 5:00AM starts

To Be Successful:

• Current and valid LF Forklift Licence
• Previous forklift experience, preferably within cold storage, food manufacturing or FMCG
• Comfortable working in temperatures between 1–7°C
• Good understanding of safe forklift operations
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Able to work Monday to Saturday and commit to 5:00AM starts
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
