TLH Recruitment is currently partnering with a leading food manufacturing client looking for experienced Food Processor for their production team.

This role is ideal for someone with proven experience operating Pro Pack and Pro Seal machinery who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing quality products while maintaining high food safety standards.

About the Role As part of the production team, you'll play a key role in ensuring products are processed, packed and prepared efficiently while meeting quality and hygiene requirements.

Your Responsibilities!

• Operate Pro Pack and Pro Seal equipment safely and efficiently
• Pack, seal and label finished products
• Perform quality inspections throughout the production process
• Follow all food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures
• Assist with general food processing and production duties
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment
• Work collaboratively to achieve daily production targets

• Previous experience working in a food processing or food manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience operating Pro Pack and Pro Seal machinery
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Reliable transport and a dependable work ethic
• Availability to work Monday to Saturday as required
• A positive attitude and commitment to workplace health and safety
